Commencement is a day of celebration, and we want to look our best. We also want to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable.

Commencement will take place at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts , which is an Outdoor Amphitheater built into a hill in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia.

Parking is free and on the grass. Depending on where you park, it is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the front gate from most parking spots.

It is recommended that guests wear sensible shoes for the walk to the ceremony and up the hill.

The Ceremony is outside rain or shine and umbrellas will not be permitted.

The majority, if not all, seats are covered. If your seat is not covered, Eastern will provide ponchos if it begins to rain.

We suggest you dress for the weather of the day.
