Biography

Mark O'Dwyer obtained his master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University in 2009. In addition to teaching courses at Eastern, Mr. O'Dwyer sees clients in his private practice and works for Community Behavioral Health (CBH). In his role at CBH, he assists in the development of new behavioral health programs for the City of Philadelphia and trains the CBH provider network on clinical topics including Treating Co-Occurring Disorders, Effective Clinical Supervision, and Case Conceptualization. Mr. O'Dwyer's clinical interests include young adult identity development, co-occurring disorders, and Imago Relationship Therapy. Mr. O'Dwyer is a member of the Philadelphia Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology and a Pennsylvania licensed professional counselor.
