Rev. Jackson, a proud Palmer Seminary alumna (’12), is the Assistant Chaplain for Faith Formation in the Office of Faith and Practice. She has been shaped and inspired by Jesus’ teaching to love God and to love people above all else, as it speaks directly to the ongoing invitation to deep connection with the Divine, as well as the call to share God’s love through service and working for a more just world. Her love for Jesus and God’s people have taken Rev. Jackson to several ministry contexts, including campus ministry, chaplaincy in various healthcare settings, congregational ministry, and most recently in co-founding and co—pastoring a church plant in Pottstown. She is honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve in this role at Eastern University, as she seeks to walk along students as they seek to connect to God and dream about what is possible, empowering and equipping them to be witnesses to God’s liberative work in the world. 

Originally from Ohio, Rev. Jackson currently lives in Pottstown, PA with her spouse, Zack, their two sons - Charles and Theo, and their dog, Juliet. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, Social Work track, from Rochester College, and a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary. When she is not at Eastern, you can find her biking the trails, serving in her community, or taking adventures with her family and friends.
