Carol came to Eastern after working 15 years in hardware systems engineering design and analysis for General Electric Aerospace, later Lockheed Martin Corporation.  Upon completion of post-graduate coursework in the College of Education at Eastern, Carol began teaching in the traditional and non-traditional undergraduate and graduate programs, both on-ground and online.
