Maddie Ridgeway (‘17)  serves as the Assistant Director of Alumni and Family Engagement at Eastern University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Youth Ministry from Eastern and spent the first part of her career as a Youth Director of a local PCUSA church. She has a love for the local church and seeing young people thrive. She is excited about this next journey at Eastern, a place she also loves, and engaging with fellow alumni in fun and creative ways.

Personally, Maddie enjoys participating in multiple forms of dance, spending time at the shore, hiking with her dog, and spending time with people she loves. She is thankful for this next chapter with the Advancement team and Eastern Community.
