Sarah Todd (M.Ed. '13) serves as the Director of Career Development and the Director of First Year Advising. As a career counselor and academic advisor, she loves guiding students as they take next steps towards their future goals. In her role as an adjunct, she teaches First Year Seminar (INST 150) as well as courses in English and career development. Her engagement with first years both inside and outside the classroom motivated her to conduct research on first year experience, culminating in her first solo article publication. Her love of YA literature inspires her to encourage, uplift, and empower students to find their voices and create their own stories.
