Sierra Winslow, MSW, LSW, serves as the Student Success Advisor for Eastern University’s Master of Social Work (MSW) Program. A proud Eastern University alumna, Sierra earned her Master of Social Work degree in 2024 and is now a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to supporting students as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.

In her role as Student Success Advisor, Sierra is committed to fostering student growth, resilience, and achievement from enrollment through graduation. Drawing from her own experiences as an MSW student, she provides compassionate guidance, individualized support, and practical resources to help students overcome challenges and reach their goals. Sierra is known for her strong communication skills, organization, problem-solving abilities, and genuine passion for student development.

In addition to her work at Eastern University, Sierra serves as an independent therapist, providing mental health counseling to individuals and families. Her clinical experience, combined with her commitment to service and advocacy, allows her to bring a unique perspective to student support and mentorship. Sierra values collaboration, empathy, integrity, and lifelong learning, and she strives to create a welcoming environment where every student feels empowered to succeed.
