The PhD in Organizational Leadership program exists to advance transformative leadership research and practice that matters to human thriving within organizational and societal contexts. The program helps students produce and share value-oriented and relevant leadership research of excellence. Since 2007, our students and alumni have applied their interdisciplinary leadership research to local and global communities in business, education, nonprofit, ministry, and public sectors. Their practical and relevant scholarship has been published in books and journals. For further information about the program and scholarship outcomes, please visit its website or contact email@example.com.
In 2022, we’re celebrating our 15th anniversary. The purpose of this celebration is threefold: (1) affirming the leadership research-practice of excellence for the last 15 years; (2) expanding our capacity to support impactful research and scholarship of students and faculty for the future; and (3) extending opportunities to share relevant leadership research with value-orientation with local and global leadership practitioners.
