Recovery is a brave and deeply personal journey. At Eastern University, we recognize the importance of access to meaningful resources, supportive community, and intentional spaces that encourage rest, reflection, and renewal.

The Wellness Recovery Hub brings these elements together—offering students a variety of tools, spaces, and opportunities to support their well-being. Whether through physical spaces, campus and community resources, or guided wellness activities, students are invited to engage in ways that meet their unique needs.

At the heart of this initiative is the Dragonfly Room, a dedicated wellness recovery space designed to provide a safe and calming environment for rest and reflection. Inspired by the dragonfly—a symbol of light, resilience, and transformation—the space represents hope and the possibility of growth. It offers students a place to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and peaceful setting.
