As the PhD in Organizational Leadership program celebrates its 20th anniversary, we invite you to partner with us in developing transformational leaders who serve across business, education, nonprofit, ministry, and public sectors.
Our students are making a difference through impactful leadership research, teaching, and practice—transforming their workplaces, communities, and society. Recognized for excellence by Forbes, our program continues to equip leaders grounded in Eastern University’s faith–reason–justice tradition.
Your support makes this possible.
You can give in three meaningful ways:
- PhD Student Research Endowment (hyperlink to donation page one)
This research endowment fund supports PhD students’ research production and dissemination activities. Any contribution is appreciated.
- David & Ellie Greenhalgh Scholarship (hyperlink to donation page one)
This fund provides support to impactful leaders serving in international and local nonprofit organizations, often with significant financial sacrifice. The fund honors the international ministry of Dr. David Greenhalgh, founding director of the PhD program, and his wife. Any contribution is appreciated.
- Named Travel Sponsorship (hyperlink to donation page two)
This fund supports PhD students’ participation in professional and scholarly conferences where they present original research. Each $1,000 donation will be allocated as follows: $500, with the recognition of your name, supports the travel of one advanced-standing PhD student, and $500 is added to the PhD Student Research Endowment to extend support to additional students. Sponsors will receive a report from the sponsored student about their research presentation. Contributions are accepted in $1,000 increments. Each $1,000 will sponsor one individual student.
