2) Champion Innovation (CPED Principle 1 & Principle 3): Students will design, implement, and evaluate at least two innovative solutions to address real-world educational challenges, demonstrating adaptability and continuous improvement.
3) Commit to Lifelong Learning (CPED Principle 1 & Principle 6): Students will create a personalized professional development plan that identifies at least five areas for continued growth and tracks progress throughout the program.
4) Advance Social Justice (CPED Principle 2 & Principle 6): Students will develop and implement a social justice initiative that addresses a specific equity issue in education, engaging at least two stakeholder groups.
5) Lead Organizational Change (CPED Principle 5 & Principle 6): Students will design and execute an organizational change initiative that applies principles of change management and demonstrates measurable impact in an educational setting.
6) Leverage Educational Technology (CPED Principle 1 & Principle 3): Students will integrate at least three digital tools to enhance instructional practices, demonstrating improved learning outcomes for diverse learners.
7) Engage in Rigorous Research (CPED Principle 5 & Principle 1): Students will complete a research project or action research study that uses appropriate methodologies, analyzes data, and presents findings with actionable recommendations.
8) Apply Foundational Theories (CPED Principle 5, Principle 1 & Principle 4): Students will apply at least three educational theories to analyze and address complex problems of practice, demonstrating theoretical and practical integration.
9) PK - 12 School Leadership: Students will critically evaluate and lead inclusive school practices, policies, and systems that promote positive learning environments for all students, families, and staff. Educational Psychology: Students will critically examine complex educational leadership challenges and apply principles of advanced educational psychology to develop and advocate for innovative, ethical, and evidence-based solutions that advance equity and holistic development in diverse educational contexts.
