Dr. Angela Nicholas is an accomplished educator, leadership development consultant, and strategic human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for SOAR365, a leading nonprofit organization in Richmond, Virginia, where she oversees HR strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. 

Dr. Nicholas joined Eastern University in 2024, bringing her extensive practitioner expertise to the virtual classroom. In addition to her adjunct faculty role at Eastern and her executive leadership at SOAR365, she is also the CEO and Principal Consultant of Providence Leadership Solutions, where she specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and the design and delivery of innovative mentorship programs.
