Dr. Anton Gates is an Adjunct Faculty member in the College of Business and Leadership at Eastern University. He teaches graduate courses in business strategy, project management, organizational leadership, and digital transformation, and serves as an MBA thesis advisor. He has also contributed to the development of the university’s MBA concentration in Artificial Intelligence, focused on improving efficiency in business operations.

Dr. Gates brings more than 30 years of executive leadership and consulting experience in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise strategy. Throughout his career, he has led complex global technology and business transformation initiatives for multinational organizations and large portfolio companies, helping organizations integrate emerging technologies, data analytics, and agile leadership practices to improve strategic decision-making and operational performance.

His research focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation strategy, and AI-driven risk management. He is the author of Digital Disruption: Exploring the Traits of a Successful Digital Transformation Strategy and has authored articles on AI, digital transformation, and innovation in business leadership.
