Christen Blore

Adjunct Faculty

Christen calls home Bucks County, PA where she lives with her husband and three daughters.  Christen worked for almost two decades in healthcare prior to answering God’s call to professional ministry, obtaining a BSN from Bloomsburg University and an MSN from East Carolina University where she later taught pediatric nursing.

Christen graduated from Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University in 2018 where she now serves as Alumni Chaplain and Co-Director of the Alumni Care Initiative.  She is an ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. serving the Presbytery of Philadelphia.  Christen is passionate about coming alongside others in the same manner of Christ’s with-ness, soul tending, taking the gospel seriously in an ever-changing culture, a good Marvel movie, kingdom building through relationship building, and enjoying a good porch swing with a great cup of coffee!
