Dr. Dana McCall is a dedicated educator and professional who currently serves as an MBA Capstone Advisor and Adjunct Professor at Eastern University in St. Davids, PA, where she guides graduate students through the capstone project process and teaches undergraduate courses in management and accounting. Since 2020, she has also been an Adjunct Professor at Esperanza College in Philadelphia, delivering engaging lectures, developing instructional materials, and tailoring her teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse student populations. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. McCall brings extensive industry experience from her work at Vanguard, where she served as Project Manager and HR Business Partner, leading complex projects, fostering collaboration across stakeholder groups, and driving organizational growth through effective talent development and change management.
Dr. McCall enjoys teaching at Eastern because of the university’s supportive culture, the opportunity to mentor students closely, and the ability to integrate real-world business experience into the classroom.
