Marikay Forst, Ed.D., has over 25 years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience. She started the Human Resources division at Lincoln Investment and subsequently served as the Vice-President, Human Resources and Head of Learning and Development for the company. Marikay is founder and principal consultant at marikayforst.com, advising on leadership development, team effectiveness, organizational decision-making, and focus group facilitation. She has a unique ability to help leaders discover opportunities and unlock alternative solutions to problems.
Marikay is a lecturer for the Penn CLO doctoral program and an adjunct professor at Eastern University where she teaches leadership courses including group and team dynamics. She also holds the designations of SHRM-SCP and SPHR. As an ICF certified coach, Marikay partners with leaders and teams to achieve results.
