Stephen Bartorillo is an adjunct instructor at Eastern University. Stephen has been teaching at higher education institutions in the business, management and finance areas for more than two decades. He has been with Eastern since 2012 and has taught both online and traditional courses in statistics, management and mathematics.
Mr. Bartorillo enjoys teaching at Eastern University and its core values of Excellence, Authenticity, Stewardship, Thoughtfulness, Enthusiasm, Relationships, Innovation. With these values and with humility and kindness, Stephen appreciates delivering course content to students and guiding each in their educational journey through dedication and creating a culture of togetherness.
Stephen is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Stephen also serves on the Finance Council at his church and was a past Board Member, serving as the Treasurer for a Youth Basketball league in suburban Philadelphia.
Stephen’s passion is teaching and helping students gain confidence in the material being taught. Stephen believes that establishing a level of trust and dedication with students helps when communicating and delivering educational content. Having students become self-confident is a primary focal point when teaching. Understanding different cultures and teaching to those areas of strength for students is ever-developing for Mr. Bartorillo’s approach to the student experience. It matters most to him if the student is successful.
