Dr. McCoskey has been teaching economics and statistics for more than twenty-five years at a variety of universities including George Washington University, American University, Johns Hopkins University and the United States Naval Academy. She is currently a tenured faculty member in the University System of Maryland (USM).
In her free time, she is a volunteer French translator for kiva.org, an online micro-lending organization that has facilitated over $1.6 billion in micro-loans, mostly awarded to entrepreneurs in the developing world.
