About the Advisory Council

In order to successfully create and nurture an environment that values and fosters Diversity, Equity and Belonging, the Executive Team for Diversity, Equity and Belonging, believes it is critical to have an Advisory Council. The Diversity, Equity and Belonging Advisory Council (DEBAC) includes members from across Eastern’s Colleges, Seminary, departments and units. It serves as an important collaborative partner in the work of Diversity, Equity and Belonging at Eastern University.
