At Eastern University, we have a proud tradition of effectively preparing our students to be leaders in the health and social sciences. We have recently reorganized the institution and the two disciplines are now housed in one college, the College of Health and Social Sciences.
Eastern’s College of Health and Social Sciences provides a new and exciting opportunity for our students to gain an understanding and appreciation of the relationships between healthcare, society, culture and human behavior. Challenging courses taught by well-qualified instructors give students ample opportunities to engage in experiential learning in their related disciplines. We offer a wide range of graduate and undergraduate degree and certificate programs to equip students for advanced graduate studies or professional training, meaningful careers and active roles in local and global communities.
This is an exciting time for the College of Health and Social Sciences. Our dedicated faculty and staff are among the university’s most valuable resources. They are committed to academic excellence and to the success of our students. As a result, our graduates will possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to wake up and change the world!
I invite you to explore our website, learn more about our college and share the exciting journey we have to offer.
