Keshia Butler-Thomas is an award-winning educator, business leader, and curriculum strategist with extensive expertise in marketing, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. She is the Founder & CEO of LCK Consulting Services, LLC, a global digital marketing agency specializing in social media management, brand development, and content strategy for women-owned and minority-led enterprises.

With over a decade of experience teaching at institutions like Temple University, Community College of Philadelphia and Eastern University, she is known for bridging academic theory with real-world business application. She currently sits on the Board of Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship with Community College of Philadelphia. 

Professor Butler-Thomas holds a Master of Management (M.M.) degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She is also a curriculum developer, overseeing innovative course design in media, business law, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Her leadership is driven by a passion for helping students transform ideas into actionable ventures with social and economic impact.
