Dr. Verna Greenaway has over 15 years of progressive experience as a Licensed Social Worker in diverse healthcare environments. She currently works for Fresenius Kidney Care Dialysis, helping patients navigate the complexities of chronic illness, while coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, compliant, and compassionate care. Dr. Greenaway earned her bachelors of Social Work from Cairn University, her Master of Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania and a PHD in Counseling and Psychological Studies from Regent University. Her doctoral research, Exploring Mental Health, Lifestyle, and Medical Avoidance in Individuals with Metabolic Syndrome, reflects her commitment to improving quality of life through both preventative care and therapeutic intervention.
