Dr. Delores Springs is an educator, researcher, and leadership scholar with expertise in business strategy, organizational behavior, healthcare administration, and AI-assisted decision making. She serves as Adjunct Faculty and Capstone Advisor in Eastern University’s MBA program, where she teaches courses in management, business leadership, healthcare leadership, and technology integration. Her instruction emphasizes applied learning, strategic foresight, and the use of advanced analytics and AI to guide organizational decision-making. Dr. Springs also teaches at the University of Phoenix, Midland University, Capital Technology University, and Lawrence Technological University, offering graduate and doctoral-level coursework that integrates business, healthcare, and emerging technology frameworks.

Before transitioning fully into academia, Dr. Springs previously served as CEO of Springs of Hope Consulting LLC, where she led national and international initiatives in digital transformation, leadership development, operational strategy, and organizational innovation. Her consulting work supported healthcare systems, government agencies, technology organizations, and nonprofit institutions, giving her a strong foundation in real-world leadership practice. This background informs her teaching philosophy, which centers on preparing leaders to navigate complex and evolving environments through strategic planning, systems thinking, and evidence-informed judgment.

Dr. Springs is an active scholar with more than thirty peer-reviewed publications and book chapters focused on leadership effectiveness, organizational development, digital transformation, cybersecurity, healthcare leadership, and AI governance. Dr. Springs remains committed to student mentorship, academic excellence, and developing leaders equipped to drive innovation across industries.
