Mary Jo Jones is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Accounting Instructor. She presents a diverse background having both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition. She was in healthcare for 15 years before becoming an accountant. She taught at Paducah Community College, Paducah, Kentucky, and at the University of Evansville, Evansville, Indiana, before teaching here at Eastern University. She joined Eastern University in 1996.
