Meghan Merritt Self is a business and marketing professional and educator with experience spanning management, higher education, and association leadership.

Meghan began her professional career in management, building a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and team development. She later transitioned into higher education, where she held roles including clinical rotations counselor and recruiter, supporting student success and engagement.

She currently serves as a full-time instructor of Business and Marketing Management Technology at Pearl River Community College. In addition to her role at Eastern University, Meghan regularly teaches as an adjunct instructor at multiple universities across Mississippi, with a focus on marketing, management, and business courses. She is passionate about equipping students with practical, real-world skills that translate into today’s workforce.

In addition to her academic work, Meghan is actively involved with the Mississippi Osteopathic Medical Association (MOMA), where she supports marketing initiatives and assists with the coordination and execution of association programs and events.
