Rebecca Cureton Vickers
Rebecca Cureton Vickers is a growth architect and the founder of Biz with Becs, a consultancy that helps service businesses build the systems and infrastructure to grow without the founder holding everything together. She also manages client strategy and relationships for a portfolio of global brands at an award-winning social media agency, and supports Eastern University as a TA in the Colleges of Business and Leadership and Education and Behavioral Sciences.
Prior to founding Biz with Becs, Rebecca built a career in operations and marketing leadership across agencies, nonprofits, and the arts, most recently leading a 40+ person team across five cross-functional groups. She has partnered with Alliance Practice on marketing and communications strategy, and serves as volunteer Chief Strategic Advisor for Women Innovators in Digital and Design Network.
Rebecca holds a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland, an M.A. from Villanova University, an M.B.A. in Organizational Management from Eastern University's College of Business and Leadership, and a certificate in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan. Originally from Philadelphia, Rebecca now resides in Atlanta with her husband and their two shiba inus and siamese cat.
