General FAQs

Q. Can I print without a WEPA account?

A: Yes! Select the “No account” option on the kiosk, then use either USB or Cloud Service printing options to finish the print job.

Q: How do I get a refund?

A: To request a refund, email help@wepanow.com and provide the following information:

*Please note that refund requests must be made within 3 business days of the incident*

  • First and Last Name
  • WEPA Username/Email
  • Attach Scan or Picture of a representative print showing the defects such as fading, smearing, etc.
  • Payment Option: WEPA account, Credit/Debit Card, WEPA Print Card, or Campus Student ID Card
  • If Credit/Debit Card: last 4 digits,
  • Document Name
  • Date of incident  (Request for refund must be made within 3 business days)

If you do not have a representation of the bad print, then your refund request will need to be approved by a supervisor. This is to eliminate fraudulent refund requests.

Please NOTE:  WEPA will no longer refund for user error.  Please verify that your document is how you want it prior to uploading, and DOUBLE CHECK THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE at the Print Station prior to clicking on your Payment option. If you feel that the final cost of your document is not correct, then double check your upload.  If you made the mistake of uploading your document in color, do not print it, re-upload in Black and White.

Q: How long do documents stay in the queue?

A: Documents are available for release for six days.  If you have printed your document and would like another copy during the six-day window, you can Recover the file at our website to print it again.  Documents are permanently removed from our servers after six days

Q: How do I print multiple slides of a PowerPoint?

A: There are a few ways to get multiple slides per page. The easiest option would be using the print app either on your personal computer or school computer. The print app works on both Windows and Mac. Files types that will allow multiple slides per page using this method are PDFs and Microsoft PowerPoints. Find our more about other options.

Q: How do I print a web page (i.e. Mapquest)?

A: Copy the information on a web page into a Word doc, then save as a .doc file to upload to WEPA Now.

Q: Can I refill a pre-paid WEPA card?

A: No, sorry! But they can transfer the remaining balance of a pre-paid card to the WEPA account, using the transfer function on the kiosk.

Q: What happens if my print job gets interrupted?

A: You can re-send the job once the problem at the machine has been fixed. When sending the job again, be sure to select only a certain amount of pages to print so you are not charged twice. For what was mistakenly charged, request a refund through wepanow.com.

Q: What’s the best way to print?

A: Double-sided, to save on print cost, as well as making jobs swifter. Uploading documents directly to WEPA Now is the best, easiest option to printing, followed quickly by USB.
