Educational Purpose Statement

In some instances, the Department of Education requires that the student sign and complete a Statement of Educational Purpose. By signing this form, the student agrees to spend Federal Student Aid funds only on educational expenses and affirms that s/he is not in default on a federal loan or does not owe a grant overpayment.

You may complete the form and send a clear copy of it and your form of ID to finaid@eastern.edu.
