Eastern University's M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with Instructional Technology Specialist Certification prepares educational leaders to serve as instructional technology specialists at the school or district level or outside of K-12 education. Candidates graduate with competency in research-based instructional and leadership practices and the use of critical thinking and ethical problem solving in the role of educational leadership.

PA Certification Requirements
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements before being recommended for a PA certification in their certification area.
- A GPA of 3.0 at program completion
- Successful completion of course requirements (there is no testing requirement for this certification)
- Internship (60 hours) in their certification area
- PA Instructional I or II certification
Certification Process
- Successfully complete the six required courses and associated internship hours with a cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Apply for Certification via TIMS using Type Code 1875
