The mission of Eastern University Student Activities Board (SAB) is to create, organize, and implement a variety of co-curricular activities and events in an effort to provide social, recreational, spiritual, cultural, and developmental programming for the Eastern University student body.
The Student Activities Board is led by six BEAM Mentors (Belonging, Engagement, Advocacy, and Multicultural) who work collaboratively with seven additional student members to plan engaging programs and experiences that foster community and student involvement across campus. Together, the SAB team creates campus traditions, social events, cultural programming, and developmental opportunities that help students feel connected and engaged throughout their time at Eastern University.
SAB hosts a wide variety of events throughout the academic year, including:
- Trips to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom
- Bingo nights
- Block parties
- Flower arrangement workshops
- Fall Fest celebrations
- Open mic nights
- Campus traditions
- Something for everyone!
While the BEAM Mentors and student members lead the planning and execution of SAB-sponsored events, SAB is always looking for students to volunteer, participate, and help bring campus events to life.
