What happens to my student Email account?

All graduates will be able to keep their email until 18 months post their May graduation. For those who have graduated in May 2023 or earlier, this email account is scheduled to be deleted on November 15, 2024. If you want to keep any email or files stored on this account, we invite you to use Google Takeout to make an archive. 

Eastern would like to keep in touch with you. Please help us keep our records up-to-date by letting us know your current contact information, including email using the Alumni Update Form.

What happens to my Brightspace access?

Access to Brightspace will remain active. If you ever need access/password help, please contact the Eastern University Web Help Desk.

How do I access the library as an alum?

Alumni are welcome to visit the Warner Library, check-out books, and use a select number of databases with the alumni login that the Information Desk staff will provide to you. If you have further questions, please contact Information Desk @ Warner Library:

How do I request a transcript?

The Office of the Registrar oversees registration, academic calendars, course catalogs, transcript requests, transfer equivalency guides, and more. Their office is located in Mall Cottage.
