Dr. Nicole Rayfield, co-founder of the mission-driven nail-care brand Polish Me Unbothered, will discuss her journey as an entrepreneur, sharing how she built a beauty brand grounded in her lived experience. Drawing on her expertise in leadership, equity, and innovation, she will provide career tips and encourage you to take the leap into entrepreneurship. Polish Me Unbothered was created to empower women navigating workplace stress, microaggressions, and burnout.
