Paying for college doesn't have to be stressful if you prepare in advance.  Use this checklist of helpful tips to START:

Start researching cost.  Knowing is half the battle.  So, review Eastern University's tuition and fee schedule to see how much you really need for school.

Tackle the FAFSA.  In order to qualify for any Federal aid, you will have to complete a FAFSA.

Assess financial aid award.  Institutional grants and scholarships, Federal grants, State grants, and Student Employment are all possible forms of aid in addition to Federal loans.*

Review out of pocket expenses.  Financial aid offered by the University and Federal and State aid does not always cover the full cost of attending school.  Comparing the college's cost with your financial aid will help you calculate any out of pocket expense.
