Eva Ragwan

Nursing Clinical & Project Coordinator; Adjunct Faculty, Counseling Psychology

Eva Ragwan is a native of South Africa and is now a US citizen. Eva realized her love for working with people and their mental health when she served alongside her husband in ministry at Parousia Baptist Church in South Africa. At that time, she was a school teacher but often assisted her husband in helping congregants with their mental health and relationship problems. After relocating to the USA, she completed both the MA in clinical counseling and PhD in Marriage and Family therapy through Eastern University in order to be able to assist people more effectively.

Eva currently works at Palmer Seminary and she is completing her hours for licensure at Kairos Counseling Services. She is married to Rev. Dr. Rodney Ragwan who is a pastor. Together, they have 3 adult married children and 4 grandchildren. Eva's passion is to use her faith and her education to make a positive difference in the lives of people of all ages and in their relationships as well. She enjoys teaching the Introduction to Family Systems course in the online Masters in counseling program and continues to serve alongside her husband in ministry.
