Web and User Services is the “front facing” department within Technology Services, dedicated to direct user and departmental support. Within User Services, staff can find support for all University-owned laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Our PC Technicians, with their main office in lower-level Eagle Learning Center, handle day to day remote and onsite computer and peripheral issues for the University. Students can have their machines diagnosed, minor repairs and virus cleanups fixed, and access issues resolved. Media Services (McInnis 302) provides audio\visual services to the University. These include delivery, installation, and maintenance of classroom technology, audio support for campus events, and oversight of video streaming. Web Services supports web processes and maintenance, our portal, and various specific duties related to Colleague, our campus resource management software.
