The Theatre program at Eastern University prepares students for graduate training and employment opportunities in the theater industry. Our graduates have gone on to some of the following institutions:

- As actors, trainers, teachers, artistic directors, stage managers, sound designers, and production managers.
- As public relations managers, social media managers, and media specialists.
- In ministry and nonprofit organizations.
“The Eastern University Theatre Department has given me the opportunity to use my talent and skills in productions both on and off campus. Through Eastern’s involvement in KCACTF, I was able to get accepted into the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company’s Apprentice Repertory Program, where I applied my previous knowledge and training to a professional Shakespeare production. I am grateful to have a place where I can integrate my faith into my arts career.”
