What do you need in order to apply to the program?
- Applicants must have earned a prior baccalaureate degree in any major from a college or university that is institutionally accredited and endorsed by CHEA with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Applicants must have earned a combined GPA of 2.8 in the prerequisite science courses including Anatomy and Physiology I & II, Chemistry and Microbiology.
- All pre-requisite courses must have been completed within seven years of their intended start date.

Please note that this should be a separate submission from the personal essay. Submission of this document is to provide further context for the admissions review, but does not guarantee admission.
