Chris Satullo of WHYY Speaks April 10

St. Davids, PA, February 20, 2012: On Tuesday, April 10, the Agora Institute for Civic Virtue and the Common Good, in partnership with the Templeton Honors College at Eastern University, will host WHYY’s Chris Satullo for a lecture entitled Media and Community: Can This Marriage Be Saved? This event will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Baird Library of Walton Hall on the Eastern University campus at 1300 Eagle Road in St. Davids, PA.

Chris Satullo is Executive Director of News and Civic Dialogue at WHYY.  He joined the public media service last December after nearly 20 years at The Philadelphia Inquirer where he served as editorial page editor and a columnist, among various positions. He founded the paper's Citizen Voices program of civic dialogues on public issues, and in 2006 co-founded the Penn Project for Civic Engagement. He has won more than 50 awards for columns, editorials, reporting and civic engagement.
