V. Deposit and Signature

As a guarantee of my intention to enroll, I have electronically submitted my advance enrollment deposit of $150.00 via myEastern. (See instructions at eastern.edu/accepted)

Special note: Students who wish to enroll within the 30 days BEFORE an upcoming semester must submit an enrollment deposit of $150, and must satisfy their semester balance to be eligible to enroll for classes. If you are WITHIN 30 days before an upcoming session, please call 1.800.452.0996 so Admissions can help you determine your balance and make payment arrangements.

Receipt of this deposit by the University guarantees a place for me in the entering class and gives me priority in course selection and in residence hall assignment, over those who deposit later. This advance deposit will be credited against my total bill for the first semester. I understand it is non-refundable.

By typing out my name and clicking the 'Submit' button below, which constitutes my digital signature upon this form, I authorize Eastern University to request all outstanding transcripts from the high school and any colleges/universities I attended in order to complete my admission. If Eastern is unable to obtain an official transcript, it will be the responsibility of the student to submit the transcript to Eastern University.
