The MA in Counseling Psychology trains students to comprehend human personality organization and experience; implement strategies for positive change in individuals, families, churches and communities; and become academically prepared to seek credentialing as licensed professional counselors. Concentrations are available in General Track, Trauma Studies, and Applied Behavior Analysis Certification.

This Pre-Law Minor offers an interdisciplinary introduction to law and legal institutions that emphasizes the skill-sets that are necessary for success in law school, as well as graduate programs and careers related to law. Law schools do not require applicants to have a specific major or to have taken specific classes, but they do emphasize that certain skills are essential to success in their programs. This program offers students a guided path to developing those skills, while allowing the freedom to major in a subject that interests them. The program is suggested for individuals considering law school or graduate programs with a legal emphasis.

The minor in American History at Eastern University is designed to educate students in the fields of United States legal history, the early American republic, American intellectual history and the civil war and reconstruction, among other areas.

The BA in Anthropology is a full "four-fields" degree, including cultural, biological, archaeological, and linguistic anthropology. Taken together, these four subfields of the discipline provide a holistic view of human beings in all aspects of their lives, past and present.

Eastern University’s minor in missiology prepares students to do mission for the Kingdom of God in a wide variety of capacities, bringing “the whole Gospel to the whole world.”

The minor in Public Policy provides students with an understanding of the public policy process. Models of policy agenda settings, adoption, evaluation, and implementation are considered with reference to substantive policy areas such as economic, environmental, social welfare, health, and civil rights. Students will also examine public policy from the Christian perspective with an emphasis on social and restorative justice.

The Social Welfare minor at Eastern University includes courses in social work, human need and diversity and child welfare, amongst others.
